The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") for any purpose, including bonus claiming, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

As an xp999 account holder, you are solely responsible for:

xp999 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from xp999 and requesting your password should be treated as a security incident and reported to xp999 support immediately at [email protected].

xp999 implements SSL 256-bit encryption on all platform pages and uses industry-standard password hashing practices. However, the security of your login credentials and the device from which you access xp999 remains your own responsibility.

All financial transactions on xp999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the xp999 platform:

4.1 Deposits: xp999 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Cash Over-the-Counter (OTC) where applicable. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the account deposit panel and are subject to change by xp999 with reasonable notice. Deposits are credited to the user's xp999 PKR balance upon confirmation from the payment processor.

4.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to xp999's verification requirements. Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification. xp999 processes withdrawal requests within the timelines specified in the account withdrawal panel, which are subject to variation based on payment method and verification status.

4.3 Verification Requirements: xp999 may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure applied consistently across all accounts.

4.4 Currency: All xp999 account balances, bet stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. xp999 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

xp999 offers various promotional incentives to its registered users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and live casino prize drops. The following general terms apply to all xp999 promotions:

• All bonuses offered by xp999 are subject to specific wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real PKR funds are held separately in the xp999 account wallet. Real funds are used first for wagers unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms.
• xp999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of promotion terms.

• Any bet placed using funds derived from a technical error, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity will be voided by xp999 regardless of the outcome.

xp999 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to understand applicable betting rules, market definitions, or settlement criteria before placing a wager.

The following terms apply to all casino gaming activity on xp999, including live dealer tables, slots, bingo, and all other games available in the xp999 Casino and gaming sections:

• All casino games on xp999 operate on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for virtual games, and live dealer procedures for live table games. Game outcomes are independently audited.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino session, xp999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the user's PKR balance.
• xp999 is not liable for game outcomes resulting from user-side technical issues including network disconnections, browser compatibility problems, or device failures.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games on xp999 are displayed in each game's information panel. Stated RTP values represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xp999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant legal authorities:

All content on the xp999 platform — including but not limited to the xp999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of xp999 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xp999 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any xp999 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of xp999 intellectual property constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and may result in legal action by xp999.

xp999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, transparent, and fair environment for its adult users. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all xp999 account holders and can be accessed through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your xp999 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an xp999 account.

Upon account closure by xp999 for cause, any remaining real-money PKR balance (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the user's verified payment method after completion of applicable review procedures. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited.

Users may close their own xp999 account at any time by contacting xp999 customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

xp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days of xp999's acknowledgement, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under xp999's applicable gaming licence, the procedures for which are published by the relevant licensing authority.

xp999's decisions on betting outcomes, game results, and bonus eligibility determinations are final unless xp999 acknowledges a clear and demonstrable technical or administrative error on its part. Dissatisfaction with a game outcome that is the result of normal statistical variance does not constitute grounds for a valid dispute.
